Q: How do we redeem our Vacation Certificate?
Simple, once you’ve unpacked, take a look at your calendar and decide when you might want to take your vacation. Call Mann Travel’s Robin L (Lrhezzioui) , identify yourself as a TMRE client, and arrange your trip. Remember, because of changing market conditions, you have 30 days, 30 days only, from closing to schedule this trip. You can take the trip anytime (excluding blackout days) within 12 months of your closing date. Also within 30 days, fax a copy of your HUD statement provided at closing to TMRE at 704-845-5821, indicating TMRE/Wilkinson and Associates as Buyers Agents on page 2, dated within 45 days of purchase, on a home priced over $200,000. Not all hotels will be available at all times so we recommend you start within a week of closing to give yourself sufficient time to make any choices and provide the necessary paperwork to Mann Travel to Redeem your Travel Certificate. Once you have booked your tickets through Mann, all the tickets are purchased at that time, and confirmations of your reservations will be sent.

Q: What if we buy the house, schedule the trip, then for some reason can’t go?
That will depend on how much notice is given Mann Travel, but there are always fees associated with a reschedule. Once you reschedule, you will have 10 days to pay all new reservation fees to Mann Travel to confirm the new Reservation dates. If you need to change your dates, call Mann immediately. Only one reschedule is allowed, the certificate is non-transferable and the certificate holds no cash value and is not refundable in any way. Travel (trip) insurance is strongly recommended.

Q. Does TMRE or Wilkinson and Associates have any relationship with the builder?
No, none. This Offer is not an Endorsement of any particular builder, or any particular home. Since we are your Buyer Agent, our loyalty is to you, and you alone. The choice of Inventory or To Be Built is also yours and yours alone. This Offer does not apply to “To Be Built” homes, though we would be happy to represent you.

Q: Can we buy from any builder?
Any Builder who pays a customary 2.5% commission to Buyers Agents and designates TMRE, LLC a Buyer agent by agreement and on the HUD statement.

Does a TerryMcDonaldRealEstate.com Agent need to be with me when we sign a contract to buy an inventory home?
No, the builder’s representative can fill out the appropriate paperwork. Just be sure you sign a builder form naming TerryMcDonaldRealEstate.com/ Wilkinson and Associates as your BUYER AGENT . An Agent of the TMRE team will contact you, and help you as you need it along the way to closing.

Q. What if the builder can’t close in 45 days?
Then it is Not, by our definition an Inventory home and therefore does not qualify for the Vacation Program. We recommend you purchase a house well within that 45 day period.

Q. Is it Ok if the list price is under 200,000 but with options the price is over 200K?
Yes.

Buyers may use this coupon only in connection with the purchase of a New Home, with the use of Terry McDonaldRealEstate.com Team/Wilkinson and Associates. The house must close with in 45 days of the sales contract making it an Inventory home by definition. (one the builder has almost completed.)  The Offer IS IN NO WAY an inducement to buy a particular new home, and that Buyer’s Agent represents the buyer ONLY, and has no relationship to seller/builder. This offer is Not Valid on homes priced under $200,000. Buyers understand that Mann Travel may substitute equivalent grade of hotels for those on this page based on availability/price or other considerations- at their sole discretion.
